Is there a required deposit before the work starts?

No, Top Coat Painting does not require any deposits for work to start. However, if you do wish to guaranty your preferred start date, a 10% deposit is required.

Will there be loud radios on site?

No, never. No loud shouting and no unprofessional behaviour. Top Coat Painting treats your space with respect and care.

How long will the project take?

Every job has different durations. We guaranty on-time completion and daily progress reports so you’re thoroughly informed every step of the way!

What months are exterior painting season?
A.
Victoria and the surrounding communities, are known for their mini-climates and changing weather patterns. In general, our exterior production can start as early as March and go right through to October.

Do you move furniture before you paint?
A.
Yes, we provide assistance and help with the lifting, organizing and protecting all furniture in your house. We do recommend setting aside any fragile, expensive or sentimental items yourself. This reduces any uncertainties and avoidable accidents.

Do you use low VOC paint?

Yes, Top Coat always uses top quality products and paint for every project. Low VOC is chosen to the benefit of your health, and the environment! Even your four legged friends will thank you!

Do you guaranty cleanliness?

Yes, top quality painting needs a clean finished environment! Thorough preparation and clean-up prior to painting is what creates a lasting finish. We leave your property looking the same as when we arrive – clean and hazard free!
